A tool to create calls for proposals/tenders, collect applications submitted, review and score the applications, and create a list with the applications that are eligible for funding by the open call. Administrators can create the events, select the application form fields and the evaluation criteria. Applicants can submit their applications that are evaluated online from the invited evaluators.
